Job summary

The Tile Shop is hiring at our Greenville location to provide outstanding customer service in a fast-paced, commission-based sales environment. You will greet customers, educate them on tile products, and drive sales while meeting installation knowledge and product updates.

This role emphasizes professionalism, strong English communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy store. Earn 45k–75k first-year earnings with draw and commission structure.
