Job summary

The Tile Shop is seeking a customer-focused sales professional in a role that emphasizes greeting customers, building lasting relationships, and guiding them to the right tile and related products. You will educate customers on installation and usage while striving to meet personal sales targets and provide timely order updates.

Expect first-year earnings in the range of 45k to 75k with a draw and commission structure, reflecting a dynamic, fast-paced retail environment that rewards performance

Job Description

• Proactively greet customers professionally
• Develop lasting customer relationships by treating customers with courtesy
• Conduct follow-up customer communication
• Sell tile and related products to exceed customer expectations
• Understand installation and use of all products to educate customers
• Understand and track established individual sales goals
• Track store orders and provide customers with product updates
• Present yourself in a professional manner at all times
• Other duties as assigned

**45K to 75K expected 1st-year earnings in a draw pluscommission payment structure
