Greene Ford in Gainesville, GA is seeking full-time Sales Associates to help customers select and purchase vehicles. We offer extensive training and a family-owned, supportive environment with a 5-day work week and no Sundays.

Starting income is $50,000 with volume-based bonuses, medical insurance, paid vacation and holidays, plus training pay for newcomers to auto sales. A positive team atmosphere awaits in this premier dealership.

Qualifications

• An energetic and outgoing self-starter that's motivated to succeed.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus.
• Good communication, customer service, computer and social media skills.
• A positive attitude, good work ethic and professional appearance.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Help customers select and purchase the vehicle of their dreams! Bring your 'A' game and a positive attitude to work every day!
• Greet customers and identify vehicle that meets their needs
• Explain features and demonstrate vehicle operation on test drives
• Lead customers through proven selling steps that close deals
• Present sales pricing, explain financing options and complete paperwork
• Follow up with existing customers to encourage repeat and referral business
• Prospect for new customers
