Job summary

BODYBAR Pilates - Fort Worth & Plano is seeking a high-energy Sales Associate for a part-time role. You’ll drive membership sales, support members, and help create an unbeatable studio experience alongside a fun, motivated team.

You’ll report to the Studio Manager and contribute to a welcoming, growth-oriented environment with flexible hours and opportunities for advancement within the BODYBAR brand.

Qualifications

• Goal-oriented with ability to generate membership, retail and private training sales.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills in-person, via phone and email.
• Passionate about fitness.
• Professional, trustworthy, and punctual.
• Proficient with computers and studio software.

Responsibilities

• Drive studio growth by owning the sales process—generate leads, follow up, and turn interest into memberships.
• Build strong relationships with members through proactive communication and personalized support.
• Hit daily goals—from bookings to outreach to membership sales.
• Be BODYBAR brand ambassador at local events and grow studio presence in the community.
• Stay organized by accurately logging member bookings and interactions.
• Create a welcoming studio vibe by engaging with members before and after class.
