BODYBAR Pilates is seeking a high-energy Sales Associate to grow our member base and deliver an unbeatable studio experience in Reston, VA. You’ll drive sales, support members, and bring the BODYBAR vibe to life, working with a fun, motivated team.

This part-time role requires weekday daytime availability, with flexible hours and a focus on creating welcoming, results-driven interactions that convert leads into memberships.

Qualifications

• Goal-oriented with ability to generate membership, retail, and private training sales.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills in-person, via phone and email.
• Passionate about fitness.
• Professional, trustworthy, and punctual.
• Proficient with computers and studio software.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Some college preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive studio growth by owning the sales process—generate leads, follow up, and turn interest into memberships.
• Build strong relationships with members through proactive communication and personalized support.
• Hit your daily goals—from bookings to outreach to membership sales, you’re all about results.
• Be our brand ambassador—represent BODYBAR at local events and help grow our presence in the community.
• Stay organized and efficient by keeping member bookings and interactions accurately logged.
• Create a welcoming studio vibe by engaging with members before and after class—you help turn workouts into experiences.
