Job summary

Trek Store Grand Blanc in Michigan is seeking a part-time Sales Associate to greet customers, guide them through the buying journey, and help bikes stay on the road. You’ll be part of a team that delivers Trek hospitality and works toward personal and store goals.

You will participate in daily huddles, learn Trek products, and contribute to a friendly, high-energy shopping experience while helping customers achieve their cycling goals.

Qualifications

• Develop your sales and hospitality skills through training, role-playing and on-the-job experience.
• Learn about bikes, components, apparel, and technology.
• Participate in daily huddles and debriefs.
• Use our Guide Sales Process to provide our customers with incredible hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Complete Daily Task List assignments.
• Maintain all aspects of store merchandising according to the visual merchandising standards, including product placement, price auditing, and product re-stocking.
• Complete weekly Cycle Counts.
• Assemble, or pre-assemble, new bicycles.
• Prep customer bikes for service by our Service or Production Technicians.
