Job summary

Trek Retail Corporation in Grand Blanc is seeking a DOTS Sales Associate to help customers achieve their cycling goals with exceptional hospitality. You’ll guide shoppers from arrival to checkout, assist in assembling bikes, maintain merchandising, and support service technicians.

Expect daily huddles, adherence to the Guide Sales Process, and ongoing Trek U training to grow your knowledge of bikes, components, and technology while aiming for strong sales performance.

Responsibilities

• Provide hospitality to customers and guide their bike purchases.
