Sales Associate Job DescriptionPosition: Sales AssociateDepartment: Thrift StoreReports to: Thrift Store ManagerFLSA Classification: Non-exemptFull-time/part-time: Part-time, 15-20 hours per weekSummaryThe Sales Associate is responsible for ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers. This will be accomplished by providing a warm welcome to the store; maintaining a clean, well-organized, well-stocked sales floor; locating desired items on the sales floor; fast friendly and accurate processing of purchases; assisting in other areas of the store and warehouse, as needed.
