Regency Management Services LLC in Alexandria, VA, is seeking a results-driven Sales Associate for Ashley Furniture. This full-time role offers commission-based earnings with a forgivable minimum-wage draw and generous earning potential through performance-based pay.

You will welcome customers, understand their needs, and guide them through the sales process, presenting furniture, mattresses, and home décor with confidence. Training is provided, with ongoing coaching to help you succeed.
