Ashley Furniture is seeking a Furniture Sales Professional to create a welcoming shopping experience and build lasting customer relationships. You will identify needs, recommend furniture and decor, and guide customers through the purchase while staying current on product trends.

The role emphasizes training and coaching, with unlimited commission potential and opportunities to earn responsive, performance-based earnings. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is expected.

• No furniture or sales experience required; paid training provided.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome customers and create a warm, engaging shopping experience.
• Build relationships by listening to customers and understanding their needs.
• Recommend furniture, mattresses, décor, and home furnishings based on lifestyle and budget.
• Guide customers through the sales process from greeting to purchase.
• Explain product features, benefits, promotions, and financing options.
• Stay current on product knowledge and design trends.
• Follow up with customers to build relationships and encourage repeat business.
• Meet and exceed individual sales goals.
• Contribute to overall store sales and team performance.
• Maintain an organized, clean showroom and complete required paperwork.
