Job summary

Soma in Estero, FL is seeking a Sales Associate to warmly welcome customers and drive personalized service on a fast-paced retail floor. You will share product knowledge, handle transactions at the register, support merchandising, and contribute to a welcoming store that reflects our brand's hospitality.

Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays is required; prior retail experience is a plus, and you must be at least 16 in most states.

We currently have an opportunity for a Sales Associate to join our team located at our Store 5062-Miromar Outlets-Soma-Estero, FL 33928.

As a Sales Associate, you'll be the welcoming face of a customer-centered environment that reflects our culture of hospitality. You'll be part of a team fostering genuine customer connections, sharing product knowledge, and providing personalized service.

• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products as well as maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, operate the register, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
