Job summary

LOFT in Orlando, FL is seeking a Sales Associate to be the brand ambassador, offering personalized styling and guiding customers through their shopping journey. You will help keep the store beautiful and organized, ready to impress, while staying informed about promotions and delivering a seamless omnichannel experience.

You’ll collaborate with your team to create personalized customer experiences and support an inviting, customer-focused environment on the sales floor.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles is preferred.
• Hospitality mindset and service orientation are essential.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Able to operate a point-of-sale (POS) system and handle transactions.
• Proactive in assisting customers and supporting the team.
