KnitWell Group is seeking a Sales Associate for Store 5280-Ellenton Premium Outlets in Ellenton, FL. You’ll be the welcoming face in a customer-centered environment, sharing product knowledge and delivering personalized service to drive engagement and sales.

You’ll build authentic connections, educate customers on brand loyalty programs, and assist with merchandising and store upkeep. This role requires flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays and a willingness to learn new tools.

• Must be at least 16 years old for the following states: AZ, GA, ID, IL, KS, MS, MO, MT, ND, NV, OK, SD, TX, UT, and VA.
• For all other states, must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products as well as maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, operate the register, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
