Job summary

Soma is seeking a Sales Associate to welcome customers in a hospitality-driven environment. You will share product knowledge, engage in authentic conversations, and provide personalized service to build lasting connections.

You’ll help create a seamless omnichannel experience using available tools, educate customers about loyalty benefits, assist with merchandising and inventory, and keep the store visually aligned with brand standards. Flexibility for nights/weekends is required.

• Must be at least 16 years old for the following states: AZ, GA, ID, IL, KS, MS, MO, MT, ND, NV, OK, SD, TX, UT, and VA.
• For all other states, must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products as well as maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, operate the register, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
