LOFT Outlet in Estero, FL is seeking a Sales Associate to act as the brand ambassador, guiding customers with personalized styling and ensuring a beautiful, organized sales floor.

You will collaborate with your team to deliver engaging customer experiences, stay informed on promotions, and use available tools to support a seamless omnichannel journey for shoppers.

Qualifications

• Sales Associate or customer-focused experience (preferred).
• Brings a hospitality mindset when engaging with customers.
• Flexible availability – including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Technology proficient and ability to operate a point-of-sale system.
