The Ambassador Duty Free Detroit, located in a secure U.S. customs environment, is hiring Sales Associates to deliver a World Class shopping experience.

Candidates should bring retail, cash handling or customer service experience; greet customers, take orders, process payments, and maintain a clean coffee counter in a fast-paced setting. Willingness to work in a 24/7/365 operation is required.

Qualifications

• Commitment to work in a 24/7/365 operation
• Ability to pass a background check as part of the hiring process
• Prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages, greet customers, take orders, and process payments while delivering friendly, efficient service in a fast‑paced environment.
• Maintain a clean and organized coffee counter and equipment, restock supplies, follow food safety standards, and assist with opening and closing duties as needed.
