Job summary

Massage Envy Cypress is seeking a motivated Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer service and drive client engagement. You will educate guests about Total Body Care services, promote memberships, and assist with scheduling and product purchases.

Ideal candidates bring retail or sales experience, strong math and tech skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while delivering a welcoming and informative guest experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or sales is preferred.
• Strong math and computer skills for transactions and balancing.
• Excellent people skills and ability to build rapport with guests.
• Passion for wellness and knowledge of massage/skin care services is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and make guests feel valued.
• Educate clients on services and upsell massages and skincare offerings.
• Book appointments and manage scheduling; respond to emails and calls.
• Help grow and retain a client base through outreach and follow-ups.

Qualified Candidates:

• Have previous retail or sales experience (preferred)
• Are critical thinkers with excellent math and computer skills and the ability to multitask
• Have great people skills and can establish positive relationships with guests
• Are supporters of total body care with a general knowledge of massage and skin care services

Day-to-Day:

• Provide outstanding customer service and help everyone feel valued and understood
• Promote the value of Total Body Care by educating clients on new and expanded services, selling the Massage Envy Wellness Program, booking clients for future services, and encouraging homecare retail purchases based on service provider recommendations
• Support clinic flow by greeting clients, scheduling services, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and addressing questions
• Help grow and retain a client base both in-person and through phone/email outreach
