Job summary

Massage Envy East Pearland is hiring associates to deliver excellent guest experiences and promote Total Body Care. You will help clients choose services, book appointments, and support daily operations while earning commissions and benefits.

The role offers full-time and part-time schedules, paid time off, health plans for full-time employees, 401(k) matching, and training. You will work with a friendly team to grow our member base and empower careers in wellness.

Qualifications

• Retail or sales experience (preferred).
• Strong math and computer skills; able to multitask.
• Excellent people skills and ability to build guest relationships.
• Knowledge of massage and skin care services.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and make clients feel valued.
• Educate clients on services and promote the Wellness Program; book future services; encourage homecare purchases.
• Support clinic flow: greet clients, schedule services, answer calls and emails, respond to questions.
• Grow and retain a client base through in-person and outreach.

Qualified Candidates

• Have previous retail or sales experience (preferred)
• Are critical thinkers with excellent math and computer skills and the ability to multitask
• Have great people skills and can establish positive relationships with guests
• Are supporters of total body care with a general knowledge of massage and skin care services

Day-to-Day

• Provide outstanding customer service and help everyone feel valued and understood
• Promote the value of Total Body Care by educating clients on new and expanded services, selling the Massage Envy Wellness Program, booking clients for future services, and encouraging homecare retail purchases based on service provider recommendations
• Support clinic flow by greeting clients, scheduling services, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and addressing questions
• Help grow and retain a client base both in-person and through phone/email outreach
