Vardy’s Jewelers in Cupertino is seeking an experienced Fine Jewelry Sales Professional to join our showroom. You’ll build lasting client relationships and guide clients through diamonds, bridal, and custom pieces while growing a loyal book of business.

The role offers long-term growth, competitive hourly pay of $30–$35 based on experience, sales incentives, health insurance, SEP IRA, PTO, and opportunities to pursue future leadership within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of fine jewelry sales experience.
• GIA GG (GG) or actively working toward your GG.
• Strong knowledge of diamonds, gemstones, precious metals, bridal, and fine jewelry.
• Proven success with relationship-based selling and clienteling.
• Polished, personable communication style and proactive client development.

Responsibilities

Vardy’s Jewelers is looking for an experienced Fine Jewelry Sales Professional to join our Cupertino showroom. This is an opportunity to bring your industry expertise to an established jewelry business where personalized service, relationships, and craftsmanship are at the heart of the client experience.

You’ll work with clients celebrating engagements, weddings, anniversaries, milestones, and other special moments while building a loyal book of business and continuing to grow your career in fine jewelry.

For the right person, this role also offers long-term growth and the opportunity to develop toward future sales leadership.

What You’ll Do

• Build genuine, long-term relationships with clients.
• Guide clients through diamonds, bridal, fine jewelry, custom designs, repairs, and milestone purchases.
• Grow your business through clienteling, referrals, follow-up, outreach, and networking.
• Work toward individual sales goals with opportunities to earn additional sales incentives.
• Continue expanding your jewelry expertise through hands-on learning and professional development.
• Collaborate with a close-knit team to create an exceptional showroom experience.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of recent fine jewelry sales experience
• GIA Graduate Gemologist (GG) or actively working toward your GG
• Strong knowledge of diamonds, gemstones, precious metals, bridal, and fine jewelry
• Proven success with relationship-based selling and clienteling
• A polished, personable communication style
• A proactive approach to developing business and maintaining client relationships
• Strong follow-through, accountability, and attention to detail

Schedule

Tuesday–Saturday, with Sundays and Mondays off.

Tuesday–Friday: approximately 10:30 AM–6:15 PM

Saturday: approximately 9:30 AM–5:15 PM

Occasional evening events approximately 5–6 times per year.
