Job summary

Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa is seeking a Sales Associate to drive membership sales, schedule appointments, and provide exceptional client service. The role interfaces with massage therapists and estheticians to optimize the booking flow and promote spa services.

You will greet clients, guide them through service options, and maintain a welcoming environment while handling daily tasks and promotions. A positive attitude, strong communication, and teamwork are essential to success.

Qualifications

• Sales experience with proven results.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Capable of working flexible hours including nights, weekends and some holidays.
• Fast learner with a positive attitude; remain calm in fast-paced environment.
• Computer proficiency; knowledge of retail/appointment booking systems is a plus.

Our Sales Associates are our main customer service representatives through both face-to-face and phone interaction with our clients. As the liaison between our clients and our certified massage therapists/licensed estheticians, our sales associates schedule all of the service appointments.
