The Tile Shop is seeking a sales-focused associate to greet customers, explain tile options, and close sales while building lasting relationships. You will understand product installation and keep customers updated on orders, targeting individual sales goals in a fast-paced, commission-driven environment.

Applicants should be strong communicators, detail-oriented, and comfortable with basic math and computer skills. A professional presentation and excellent customer service are essential.

**45K to 75K expected 1st-year earnings in a draw plus commission payment structure
