Job summary

The Tile Shop in Ocean Township, NJ, is seeking a results-driven sales professional to proactively greet customers, build relationships, and educate on tile products and installations.

This full-time role offers a draw plus commission structure with first-year earnings projected at 45k–75k, a benefits package including health, 401(k), and employee discounts, and opportunities to grow in a fast-paced, design-focused retail environment.
