Job summary

The Tile Shop in Geneva, IL is seeking a customer-focused sales associate to proactively greet customers, develop lasting relationships, and sell tile and related products to exceed expectations. You will learn installation basics and educate customers on product use while representing the brand with professionalism.

This role offers a competitive compensation structure with a draw and commission, and opportunities to grow through training and feedback.

Job Description

• Proactively greet customers professionally
• Develop lasting customer relationships by treating customers with courtesy
• Conduct follow-up customer communication
• Sell tile and related products to exceed customer expectations
• Understand installation and use of all products to educate customers
• Understand and track established individual sales goals
• Track store orders and provide customers with product updates
• Present yourself in a professional manner at all times
• Other duties as assigned

45K to 75K expected 1st-year earnings in a draw plus commission payment structure
