Billy Reid in Chicago is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver top-tier customer service and hospitality on the sales floor, helping clients find the perfect pieces and building lasting relationships.

You will develop product knowledge, collaborate with teammates to implement sales strategies, and assist with inventory, shipping, and store cleanliness.

The role requires luxury retail experience, resilience, strong communication, and the ability to work evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Retail sales experience, ideally with a luxury retail brand.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends when appropriate.

Responsibilities

• Deliver top-notch customer service and hospitality to ensure a positive customer experience
• Develop strong product knowledge to better guide the client through options on the sales floor
• Work closely with team members to collaborate on sales strategies and techniques to increase sales
• Collaborate with store director to set, meet & exceed sales goals
• Drive sales through service & customer relationships
• Utilize Customer lists & profiles to maintain healthy & genuine connections with our customers
• Support omni channel initiatives including but not limited to web order fulfillment and email opt in
• Manage inventory levels on the floor and assist with shipping and receiving of product.
• Maintain an elevated level of cleanliness and order within the sales floor and stockroom.
• Operate in compliance with all Billy Reid policies and procedures
• Complete all daily tasks in a timely manner
