Job summary

Regency Furniture is hiring a Furniture Sales Professional in Maryland to help customers choose furniture, mattresses, and decor that fit their style and budget. No experience is required—paid training and ongoing coaching are provided to help you succeed.

You’ll welcome customers, listen to their needs, build relationships, and guide them through the full sales process, with opportunities for commissions and bonuses in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• No furniture or sales experience required; paid training provided.
• Ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Previous retail or service experience is a plus—but not required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and create a warm, engaging shopping experience.
• Build relationships by listening to customers and understanding their needs.
• Recommend furniture, mattresses, décor, and home furnishings based on lifestyle and budget.
• Guide customers through the complete sales process from greeting to purchase.
