Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Associate role based in Boulder, CO. The Sales Associate will greet customers, assess their flooring and countertop needs, and provide product recommendations that align with their style, budget, and project requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include guiding customers through samples and displays, preparing quotes, processing sales transactions, and coordinating installation services with internal teams. The role involves maintaining a clean and organized showroom, updating product knowledge, and ensuring accurate information on pricing, promotions, and inventory. The Sales Associate will also follow up with customers, support resolution of service issues, and contribute to meeting individual and store sales goals.

• Sales and retail skills, including consultative selling, upselling, and handling point-of-sale transactions accurately.
