Job summary

Dakota Boys and Girls Ranch Thrift Stores seeks friendly team members to assist customers, sort donations, and stock the floor. This part-time role supports our mission to help children and families by delivering a positive shopping experience.

You'll be part of a warm, collaborative store team, receive training, and have the chance for full-time opportunities if a position becomes available. An upbeat attitude and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• At least 16 years old.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, as well as lift, stoop, bend, and twist.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers and donors in a pleasant and efficient manner
• Keep the sales floor tidy, priced, and fully stocked for a positive shopping experience
• Process customer transactions at the register
• Sort through donations to find quality saleable items
• Work closely with other team members and communicate clearly with the store management when needed
• Work as a team to accomplish the job
• Comply with all established policies and procedures
