Job summary

Tea & Spice Shop is seeking a friendly, energetic part-time Retail Sales Associate in Washington to help customers find the perfect teas and spices and share cooking ideas.

You’ll operate the cash register, stock products, assist with tastings, and keep the shop welcoming. Prior retail or food-service experience is a plus, but we’re happy to train the right person. A positive team player who loves flavors will thrive here.

We’re looking for someone who enjoys cooking and food, loves talking with people, and wants to learn about our teas, spices, seasonings, and specialty products.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Helping customers find the perfect teas and spices
• Sharing cooking ideas, recipes, and ways to use our products
• Learning about and talking with customers about our teas
• Providing excellent customer service
• Operating the cash register
• Packaging and stocking products
• Keeping the shop clean, organized, and welcoming
• Helping with product tastings and demonstrations when needed
