Responsibilities

• Ensure every guest receives stellar customer service and is welcomed into the store.
• Utilize trademarked follow‑up lines with guests.
• Maintain inventory levels throughout the store, noting low levels and notifying management.
• Price merchandise with labels, SKUs, prices, and locations.
• Blend and package products as necessary.
• Obtain merchandise requested by customers, field questions about location, product information, price, and uses for products, and establish rapport to encourage repeat visits and word‑of‑mouth referrals.
• Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date product knowledge to promote products through publication review and training participation.
• Comply with operating standards and procedures for daily store operations.
• Assist with store appearance by contributing to daily chores.
