Job summary

BODYBAR Pilates is seeking a high-energy Sales Associate to grow our member base and deliver an unbeatable studio experience. You’ll drive sales, support members, and bring the BODYBAR vibe to life as part of a fun, motivated team.

This is a part-time role with flexible hours and weekend work, reporting to the Studio Manager. Compensation ranges from $16.00 to $18.00 per hour, with performance-based bonuses and growth opportunities across a fast-growing brand.

Qualifications

• Goal-oriented with ability to generate membership and retail sales.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication in person, via phone and email.
• Passionate about fitness and customer-focused.
• Professional, trustworthy, and punctual; proficient with computers and studio software.

Responsibilities

• Assist Studio Manager in generating new members and retaining existing ones.
• Drive sales and support members while delivering a positive BODYBAR experience.
• Manage 10–15 hours per week with a focus on consistent weekend work and weekday coverage.

This is a part‑time role with flexible hours, reporting to the Studio Manager.

Job Summary:

The
BODYBAR Pilates Sales Associate (SA) is responsible for assisting the Studio Manager in generating new members and retaining existing members through exceptional sales and customer service. This person needs to be highly motivated, and a team player.

We are looking for a reliable Sales Associate to join us for
10–15 hours per week. This role is ideal for those seeking
consistent weekend work, along with weekday work.. The Sales Associate reports directly to the Studio Manager.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

• Goal-oriented with an ability to generate membership and retail sales
