You will drive studio growth by managing the sales process, build relationships with members, and ensure a welcoming studio vibe. Strong communication skills and a passion for fitness are essential.

Qualifications

• Goal-oriented with ability to generate membership, retail, and private training sales.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills in-person, via phone and email.
• Proficient with computers and studio software.

Responsibilities

• Drive studio growth by owning the sales process.

• Hit daily goals for bookings, outreach, and membership sales.
• Represent BODYBAR at local events to grow community presence.

You’ll drive sales, support members, and bring the BODYBAR vibe to life—all while working alongside a fun, motivated team. This is a part-time role with flexible hours, reporting to the Studio Manager.

• Drive studio growth by owning the sales process—generate leads, follow up, and turn interest into memberships.
• Build strong relationships with members through proactive communication and personalized support.
• Hit your daily goals—from bookings to outreach to membership sales, you're all about results.
• Be our brand ambassador—represent BODYBAR at local events and help grow our presence in the community.
• Stay organized and efficient by keeping member bookings and interactions accurately logged.
• Create a welcoming studio vibe by engaging with members before and after class—you help turn workouts into experiences.

What You’ll Need to Succeed
