Job summary

Crowe Custom Countertops is seeking a Sales & Design Consultant to guide homeowners and professionals from concept to completion. You will help select materials, prepare quotes, and coordinate projects while delivering outstanding customer service.

Ideal candidates possess strong sales, design sense, and communication skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and tight deadlines in a collaborative showroom setting.

Responsibilities

• From the initial consultation and material selection through quoting and project completion, you will be a trusted partner throughout the customer experience.
• Collaborate using computers, email, CRM, estimating and design software to support project success.

The Sales & Design Consultant works directly with homeowners, contractors, builders, designers, and other customers to help bring their countertop projects to life. From the initial consultation and material selection through quoting and project completion, you will be a trusted partner throughout the customer experience.

We're looking for someone who is customer-focused and have a relationship-oriented personality, strong sales and communication skills, a creative eye for design and attention to detail, ability to listen to customers and understand their needs, strong organizational and follow-up skills, ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines, comfortable working with computers, email, CRM, estimating, and design software, ability to understand measurements and basic project specifications, positive attitude and willingness to learn, and team player who takes personal responsibility for results.
