ADTN International Ltd., a well-established Apparel company is looking for a self-motivated, detail oriented and organized Sales Assistant (EA) to the President who can work in a fast-paced, team oriented, dynamic environment.

The ideal candidate must be experienced, motivated, and will be responsible for preparing for customer meetings with our top retail partners, writing detailed recaps after buyer meetings including next steps, and entering orders for buyers.

This person would work closely with the President of the Company to support their initiatives within the Company and interact with the sales, design, and sourcing teams. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent organizational and time management skills, strong communication, and the ability to stay on top of deadlines. Candidate should be detail-oriented, driven, responsible, and have great interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Sales support including order processing, assisting in meetings and follow-ups

• Communicate with buyers as needed

• Create and revise Internal Purchase Orders

• Work closely with design, production, and logistics teams

• Assist in market preparation/showroom set-up and presentation to customers

• Prepare sample packages to send out customers and follow up on their return

• Sample and showroom maintenance

• Special projects as assigned

• Track left to sell merchandise/inventory reports

• Maintenance of licensor charts

Qualifications

• 1-2 years’ experience in sales in wholesale apparel or retail business.

• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced office environment

• Represent the company in a professional manner

• Strong organizational and follow-up skills

• Strong communication and presentation skills

• Critical / Analytical thinker
