Rhythm Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram FIAT, part of the Hudson Automotive Group, seeks a motivated Sales Assistant to join a fast-growing team in Hendersonville, TN. You will help deliver an exceptional customer experience and guide buyers through the full sales process in a high-volume environment.

The ideal candidate is customer-centric, coachable, and energetic, with strong communication skills and a drive for continuous professional development.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and be able to pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check.
• Track record of strong automotive sales performance (preferred).
• Proven experience delivering world-class customer experience in a high-volume retail environment.
• Ability to guide customers as they navigate the sales process.
• Excellent communication skills and a high emotional intelligence.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer-centered sales support in a fast-paced dealership environment.
• Guide customers through the sales process from greeting to closing to ensure a positive experience.
• Collaborate with the team to maintain a high-energy, high-service atmosphere on the showroom floor.
