• Compile weekly selling and best sellers for accounts
• Create merchandised packages on excel for accounts based on past history, current selling and trend

• Update Off-Price sales log by month- purchase orders and outstanding orders
• Create Return Authorizations and issue RA #’s
• Communicate effectively with off-price customers and sample teams both internally and externally
• Assist and help manage the 2 annual sample sales
• Manage Department Store sample tracker with the Full Price Account Executives and Assistants
• Work with the Full Price team on coordinating sample send outs and returns

Position Summary

The Wholesale Sales Assistant- will be involved with all aspects and phases of daily operations. They will perform administrative & operational functions supporting both the Full Price and the Off Price Division of our Wholesale Team. Must be proficient in excel.

Key Responsibilities

• Compile weekly selling and best sellers for accounts
• Create merchandised packages on excel for accounts based on past history, current selling and trend
• Assist with management and operations regarding inventory levels
• Run reports and manipulate them using pivot tables and other excel capabilities for easier viewing
• Update Off-Price sales log by month- purchase orders and outstanding orders
• Create Return Authorizations and issue RA #’s
