Job summary

Enchante Accessories Inc. is seeking a Production & Sales Assistant for the Kitchen Division to manage wholesale/off-price accounts and act as the client advocate with warehouse interactions.

You will prepare for buyer meetings, track purchase orders, monitor sample approvals, and coordinate with design, sourcing, and logistics teams. The role requires multitasking, strong communication, and exceptional organizational skills to maintain delivery timelines and report on sales and production

Job description

The Production & Sales Assistant will be an excellent multitasker & will be the client advocate with all warehouse interactions for the Kitchen Division servicing off-price major retail accounts.

• Prepare for buyer meetings
• Submit & track purchase orders and order status
• Request & monitors sample approvals
• Coordinates with design, sourcing and logistics team
• Flags late shipments and risks
• Maintains delivery timelines for customer programs
• Reviews factory capacity and booking allocations
• Provides weekly sales & production reports
• Performs related duties as assigned.

COMPETENCIES

• Experience with multinational trade and export is a plus.
• A strong knowledge of U.S. Customs laws and procedures is a plus.
• Experience with content, product & inventory management
• Strong relationship management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
• Exceptional Organizational Skills: planning, expediting, prioritizing, managing multiple tasks, and meeting corporate deadlines.
