Rent-A-Center is hiring a Sales Assistant Manager to grow rental sales and extend service to customers in-store and in their homes. You will drive results through proactive prospecting and maintain an inviting shopping environment with top‑notch customer care.

You will coordinate deliveries, pickups, and installations while upholding safety and merchandising standards, contributing to a consistent, customer‑focused experience across locations.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of retail/customer service, sales, or collections experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Sales: Drive growth through completed rental agreements and new business prospecting.
• Customer Service: Deliver friendly, top‑notch experiences with a servant’s heart.
• Deliveries & Pickups: Safely load/unload and install products per procedures.
• Merchandising: Maintain a clean, inviting store for customers and staff.
