Rent-A-Center is seeking a Sales Assistant Manager to drive sales growth through rental agreements and new business development. You will deliver exceptional customer experiences with a white-glove approach and support in-store operations, including deliveries and merchandising.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of retail/customer service, sales, or collections experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be at least 18 years of age; valid state driver’s license
• Ability to lift and move product such as furniture, electronics, and appliances

Responsibilities

• Sales growth through completed rental agreements and prospecting new business
• Provide friendly, top-notch customer experiences with a servant’s heart
• Deliveries & pickups, including loading/unloading and installation in a safe, compliant manner
• Merchandise the store to maintain an inviting, clean environment for customers and coworkers
