Rent-A-Center in DeSoto, TX is seeking a Sales Assistant Manager to drive sales growth through rental agreements and new customer acquisition, while delivering friendly, high-quality service.

You will handle deliveries and pickups, merchandising, and ensure a welcoming store environment. The role requires 1-3 years retail experience, HS diploma, and ability to lift items. 18+ with a valid license is required.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of retail/customer service, sales, or collections experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid state driver's license and good driving record -- You WILL be driving the company vehicles.
• Ability to lift and move product such as furniture, electronics, and appliances.
• Great communication and customer service skills.

• Sales growth through completed rental agreements and prospecting new customers.
