Job summary

Impact RTO Holdings in Angier, NC is hiring a Sales Assistant Manager to help grow store revenue and lead daily operations. You will greet customers, manage inventory, arrange showrooms, and assist with deliveries and setup at customer locations.

Qualifications

Sales experience is required.
Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude.
Ability to communicate clearly with customers and team members.
Willingness to lead and support store staff.

Responsibilities

Drive store revenue by meeting and surpassing sales targets.
Manage and maintain the store's inventory.
Assist with product maintenance, delivery, service, and returns daily.
Set up and maintain an attractive showroom.
Provide exceptional customer service and address inquiries/complaints.
Occasionally go on truck for deliveries and setup at customer locations.
Direct and supervise employees in sales, inventory, cash reconciliation, and deliveries.
Perform other duties as assigned by store and regional management.
