Impact RTO Holdings is seeking a Sales Assistant Manager to join our Rent A Center team in La Grange, NC. This role focuses on advancing within a family‑like environment, with paid weekly payroll and opportunities for growth into store management.

You will drive revenue, manage inventory, assist with deliveries and maintenance, and ensure a welcoming showroom and top‑tier customer service. A strong work ethic and willingness to participate in training programs are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Sales experience is required.
• Heavy lifting may be required.
• Must have a valid driver’s license for at least 1 year.
• Be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to work in the US.
• Must pass background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle records check.

Aufgaben

• Drive store revenue by meeting and surpassing sales targets.
• Manage and maintain store inventory.
• Assist with product maintenance, delivery, service, and returns daily.
• Set up and maintain an attractive, clean showroom.
• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting, assisting and responding to inquiries and complaints.
• If needed, assist with deliveries and setup at customer locations.
• Direct and supervise employees engaged in sales, inventory, cash reconciliation, deliveries, and customer service.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Store Manager and Regional Manager.
