Impact RTO Holdings is hiring an Assistant Sales Manager in Garner, NC. This role develops you for Store Manager, with a path to leadership and a comprehensive benefits package. You will lead sales efforts, manage inventory, and ensure a top-notch customer experience.

Qualifications

• Sales or customer service experience in retail, hospitality, or similar.
• Positive attitude with a desire to lead and grow into store management.
• Must be 18+ years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Valid driver’s license held for at least 1 year.
• Ability to lift heavy items as part of the role.

Responsibilities

• Assist store team in sales, inventory, delivery, and service.
• Drive revenue by hitting and exceeding sales targets.
• Manage inventory and cash reconciliation.
• Deliver a great customer experience and resolve issues.
• Maintain an organized showroom and assist with marketing content.
• Support deliveries, setup, service, and returns.
• Assist Store Manager with operational duties.
