Job summary

Rent-A-Center is seeking a Sales Assistant Manager to drive rental sales, deliver white-glove customer service, and manage in-store merchandising. Responsibilities include growing rental agreements, servicing customers, arranging deliveries and pickups, and maintaining an inviting store environment.

Requirements include 1–3 years of retail or sales experience, a high school diploma, and a valid driver''s license; 18+ years old.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of retail/customer service, sales, or collections experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Valid state driver''s license and good driving record — You WILL be driving the company vehicles

Responsibilities

• Sales growth through completed rental agreements and prospecting new business and customers
• Provide friendly, top-notch customer experiences through "white glove" service
• Deliveries & Pickups including loading/unloading and installation of products
• Merchandising: Maintain an inviting store with organized product and cleanliness
