Rent-A-Center is seeking a Sales Assistant Manager to drive sales through rental agreements and new customer acquisition. You will deliver white-glove customer service in-store and in customers' homes, contributing to a positive shopping experience.

The role includes in-home deliveries, merchandising, and ensuring a clean, appealing store environment while maintaining safety and efficiency in daily operations.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of retail/customer service, sales, or collections experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Valid state driver’s license with good driving record
• Ability to lift and move product such as furniture, electronics, and appliances
• Great communication and customer service skills

Responsibilities

• Sales: grow revenue through rental agreements and new customers
• Customer Service: provide friendly, top-notch experiences with a servant’s heart
• Deliveries & Pickups: load/unload and install products safely
