Job summary

Job Summary

The incumbent will be responsible for selling and day‑to‑day retail area operations and assistance with the management of other staff members during the shift. The sales representative will focus on customers both in the store and on the phone.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Customer Service (60%) – service customers in the retail area, on the range and on the phone. Includes direct sales to customers and members, answering questions on products and services, and performing safety functions of range operations.
• Administrative Activities (25%) – involves reports, inventory tracking and counts, employee scheduling and payroll approval.
• Store Maintenance (15%) – maintain the store and its displays, provide a safe range free of debris, trash, and ensure restrooms are clean.
