Responsibilities

• Prospect for customers using various marketing methods (web, signage, flyers).
• Set appointments and field inbound inquiries.
• Answer prospect questions and greet visitors at the retail location.
• Demonstrate homes with a feature-benefit approach to prospects.
• Coordinate turns over to Sales Professional/Manager when applicable.
• Schedule setups, deliveries, and service-related items.
• Follow up with customers via multiple contact methods.
• Maintain the office and model homes (cleaning, refreshment area, decor).
• Partner with the manager on exceptions and questions; protect company assets.
• Participate in sales meetings and marketing events; support a positive team environment.
• Assist other Sales Professionals as needed; collaborative teamwork.
