Your contributions will directly enhance customer adoption and satisfaction, fostering long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and nurture customer relationships through effective communication and social selling strategies.
  • Apply established sales processes to evaluate opportunity quality and guide progression.
  • Identify opportunities to increase consumption and grow business with existing customers, providing demonstrations and collaborating with internal technical experts.
  • Understand customer business needs and technical readiness, proposing prioritized solutions that align with their objectives and communicating the business impact.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of external stakeholders, including decision-makers and influencers, and participate in communications with key business leaders.
  • Implement strategies to accelerate deal closures, including mapping timelines, engaging customers, and securing commitment.
  • Collaborate with internal resources and leverage customer insights to explore emerging opportunities and optimize the portfolio.
  • Contribute to improving customer satisfaction by establishing recovery action plans and orchestrating sales and delivery success with the account and customer success teams.
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders in business planning and review meetings for assigned territories.
  • Conduct business analysis, including whitespace analysis and industry trend identification, to pursue high-potential customers and develop targeted plans.
  • Manage the end-to-end business within an assigned territory, including forecasting and developing portfolio plans aligned with strategic priorities.
  • Complete required training and obtain relevant product and role certifications.
