Sunrise Senior Living is seeking an Associate Director of Sales to support our Sales & Marketing team and drive occupancy while ensuring a smooth move-in for new residents.

You will maintain CRM records, handle lead follow-ups, assist in setting sales goals, and coordinate move-in paperwork. The role requires strong communication, organization, and a service-first mindset to help families find the right community.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales support or customer service experience.
• Strong phone, presentation, and communication skills.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Detail-oriented and service-focused.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update prospect records in the CRM system.

• Assist in setting and tracking sales goals.
• Prepare move-in paperwork and administrative files.
• Coordinate resident assessments with clinical leadership.
• Facilitate Resident Agreement signings and review move-in packets.
• Ensure suites are ready using the Suite Readiness Checklist.
• Welcome and orient residents and families on Move-In day.
• Support on-site sales and marketing events.
• Maintain ongoing communication with prospects and families.
