Clearwater at South Bay in Torrance, CA is seeking a Sales Assistant to support the Sales Directors with renting community apartments and handling leads from inquiry through admission. Qualifications

• At least 1 year of work experience in senior living, hospitality or sales.
• Current First Aid certification a plus.
• Background clearances as required by government regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist Sales Directors with managing all leads, calling prospects, touring prospects, and entering information into the lead system.
• Support administrative work in the Sales department including admission paperwork and collateral.
• Help with event preparation and staff communications.
• Attend morning meetings in the absence of Sales Directors to inform staff of move-ins/move-outs.
• Conduct competitive analysis of other area senior living communities.
• Prepare collateral for e-blasts, mailings and outreach; maintain collateral inventory.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and report issues promptly.
• Uphold Clearwater Living standards and foster teamwork.

The Sales Assistant is responsible for assisting the Sales Directors with renting all community apartments and managing all leads from the initial inquiry through the admission process in accordance with federal, state, and local governing regulations and all Company policies and procedures.

Pay Range: $23.00-$25.00/hour

Responsibilities

• Responsible for assisting the Sales Directors with managing all leads, calling prospects, touring prospects, and entering prospect information into the lead management system
• Assist with administrative and clerical work in the Sales department including preparing admission paperwork and community collateral.
• Assist the Sales Directors with event preparation
• In the absence of the Sales Directors, attend morning staff meeting as indicated to alert appropriate staff of projected move ins, move outs, and transfers within the community
• Able to conduct competitive analysis of other area senior living communities
• Prepare collateral for e-blasts, mailings, and community outreachResponsible for maintaining collateral inventory and ordering as indicated
• Ensure regulatory compliance and report any issues or concerns immediately
• Comply with Clearwater Living standards and regulations to encourage safe and efficient operations
• Encourage teamwork through open communication with associates
• Display a positive and professional image through actions and maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming, which includes wearing the proper uniform and name tag when working
• Represent the Clearwater Living principles and core values on a daily basis
• Perform other duties and tasks as assigned or required

Qualifications
