• Collaborate with the Executive Director and Sales Director to support occupancy and revenue goals.
• Manage and maintain a database of prospective residents, generating leads via calls, emails, and events.
• Conduct informative tours for prospective residents, communicating the community’s philosophy and service benefits.
• Build and nurture customer relationships to enhance satisfaction, retention, and referrals.
• Handle sales-related administrative tasks: collateral inventory, data entry, and issue resolution.
• Support safety protocols, emergency plans, and elopement prevention practices.
• Foster a warm, collaborative atmosphere with residents, families, and team members.

What we are hiring for:

Starting Pay Range:

What You’ll Do:

• Handle sales-related administrative tasks such as managing collateral inventory, entering customer data, and resolving delivery or service issues efficiently.
• Support safety protocols, emergency plans, and elopement prevention practices.
• Foster a warm, collaborative atmosphere with residents, families, and team members.
